SO. What makes this clown of a president think he can make AmeriKKKa great again? He  only has money because  he was born into it. He never held a public office, congress, senate. NOTHING!
80% of his businesses failed,  but he gives the 1% tax breaks while us hard working folks gotta pay our taxes.... tisk tisk tisk

On immigration... I should have a separate blog for this one...anywho… didn't he have immigrant wives? isn't the first lady foreign? her parents?

How come their countries aren't "shit holes"?  Oh because they're white....

Who made Amerikkka the international police? A wall isn't gonna stop shit, just waste taxpayers money, which should go to stop mass incarcerating, poverty, water issues, health care, overall focus on our citizens and county.  Stop being bullies to other countries, races, religions, and we wonder why there's bigots and other countries hate AmeriKKKa.

Prescription Drugs

So as I watch T.V. I wonder about these prescription drugs out, how I'm take something that causes more side affects that what I'm taking for?

Folks we need to get back to holistic medicines, herbs, spices, better diets and self care, emotionally, physically, mentally.

Empathy vs. Sympathy

Most people confuse the to definitions.  I'll be short and sweet for those don't know the difference.

Empathy- ability to KNOW what you are going through such as a rape victim, domestic violence, veteran, unemployed, single parent, whatever.  Been there done that mentality. 

Sympathy- I feel for you.  I feel sorry for your condition, situation... but can't really fully understand because not in your shoes or been there done that.

Activism Part II

So being born in the 70's to activist parents this subject is dear to my heart, as that also  I have a career in social services.

My heart hurts as I write this, after my studies on the Preschool to Prison pipeline.  It's the concept of miseducation of children of color that leads them to lack of jobs, opportunities inevitably higher risk of crime and incarceration.

It's institutionalize racism.  Period.

Nancy Reagan was well know for her just say no program, for some it's not that easy.  Since then crack was a target and criminalized now opiates are primarly affecting the white community but its a health issue, pharmaceutical companies making big money but it's not crimilized beacaues it's white and big money.   Institutional racism.

Jesse Jackson said up with hope down with dope, but what did he do?  NOTHING but talk.

Back to Nancy I saw a speech she gave to children and said and I quote "drug addicts and users are losers don't be like them"  now I will give her the benefit of doubt she meant well, but did she stop to think some of these children are witnessing family members struggling with drug addiction so she planted the seed that because of their weakness for whatever reason they are  losers!!!!

Activism

How can you be involved in a community who are excluding people based on race, gender, sexual orientation?   The had programs called Weed and Seed.. weed out the "bad" replace with the "good".
Who decides which is which?

Why not nourish and flourish? Instead of weed out elements of the community to implement "social agendas"   Two words I have in MY opinion: regentrification and disenfranchised.

the RAND CO. and I quote from research " it's more economical, humane to nourish those in need to flourish... that's what I adapt and agree!!

Wealth disparities and Misconcepts

I want to discuss the Welfare Queen vs. Big Corporations  

We all here the meida propaganda about poor women and children using tax dollars to live, being lazy etc.

Truth is economics for providing for American families and tax breaks for corporations and the 1% of rich population. 

Welfare:

$24.77 a day
For a single individual approximately $350. 00 Monthly
Family of 4 approximately $900.00 Monthly
Doesn't include other social benefits such as; such as child care,
medical or utility assistance.
The Federal Welfare program has shown to increase single family households and
broken 2 parent households. This is due to the Federal Code built on the
ideology it makes that it is "economically irrational" for low income
couples to marry. HHmmmm just like slave owners' forbid marriage so thus
"jumping the broom"  tradition was started to unify marriage.

Corporations:

Most companies liken Amazon get the highest tax breaks in 2018 they haven't paid taxes
in the last 2 years.  It's fiscal year it paid 0 in taxes dispite being the largest financial
company with $79 million in forgiven tax credits.
Amazon reportedly is worth $66 BILLION ….that's a welfare corporate queen.
AIG: American International Group
defrauded $800 million and ordered to only pay back $1.6 million.
Other large companies have been found guilty of fraud and embezzlement.
Enron Corporation, Bernie Madoff just to name a few....
Overall, Corporations have stolen more money that any single individual or family
receiving a minuet amount of federal assistance.

In closing, follow the facts and money. Learn about  Federal Reserve and the American Government
I.R.S. Treasury Department to name a few.
They blame the needy and poor as a diversion with lies, know where and what your tax dollars
are going.  Demand accountability for monies spent and how.
DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE...KNOW YOUR WORTH
THE GOVERNMENT IS SUPPOSE TO BE FORM THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE!!

Happy 2019 Valentine's Day 2019

This blog was written after watching the movie "What men want" with Taraji P. Henson, one of my favorite actresses.

It's a movie about gender swapping and relationships between men and women, trying to figure out what the opposite gender wants.

On this day of love I thought it fitting to discuss what women want as far aw intimacy and sex; to also explore the history of Valentine's Day later in this blog. Here goes...Enjoy!!

In any relationship communication is the key to success, we must learn to express our feelings as well as listen for maximum results.

HISTORY OF VALENTINE'S DAY

The ancient Romans executed two men on this day both named Valentine, their martyrdom was on honored by the Catholic Church and became a celebration on this day. These saints somehow during their Martyrdom was linked to love and romance.

Anywhoo, regardless of history religious beliefs love comes in many forms and should be practiced year round!
